A Taliban press conference on Tuesday announced the names of several acting cabinet ministers of a new caretaker government led by Mohammad Hasan Akhund.

The acting PM is on the UN terror list while the new acting Minister of Interior, Sirajuddin Haqqani, is on the US most wanted list, with a juicy $5 million bounty on his head.
