The government of the United Kingdom has deported 61 Nigerians for various offences.

The deportees arrived the country aboard a special chartered flight, which landed at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport, Lagos on Thursday evening.

Immigration sources said 45 of the deportees were male while 16 were female.

According to the sources, most of the deportees had committed immigration related offences in the UK.

The deportees, who passed through various security checks at the Hajj and Cargo Terminal of the airport, were later released by airport officials.

our government should sit up and provide job opportunities for our youths so that they dont always run out of the country in search of greener pastures. Sad

TO my fellow Nigerians that was Deported from Uk, just dream and think higher, dont let your past bring your dreams down, the God who made it possible for you to travel in the first place will make it agian, they also mark us here , but i hit all the blame to our folking Nigerian Goverment for making life so tuff for us, but numatter what, we must survive.  you all should hold ur self, because i my self knows the pain it cost, i was also deported from  Kent UK in 2008  october, but i hold my self, and  that same God that did it  in january 2008, did it again in 2009, now out of the country just pray the down fall of a man is not the End of his life. you people will Make it Agian.
