Emmanuel Rotich, The Husband Who Killed Kenyan Athlete Agnes Tirop, Has Been Arrested

Emmanuel Rotich, the husband of slain Kenyan long distance athlete Agnes Tirop, has been arrested in Mombasa.

Tirop was found dead at her home this Wednesday, reportedly with stab wounds in her abdomen and neck. It is alleged that she was murdered by her husband.

Police say Emmanuel Rotich was caught "while fleeing" and may face charges after an investigation.





She was just 10 days away from her 26th birthday.
