kissing is intimacy, and i believe intimacy is privacy, and privacy has to be regarded with high esteem. Esteem depicts respect and i believe to show respect to each other, the two partners should not let their privacy become a public exhibition, otherwise people will be compelled to give them funny names such as "sex maniacs". so i don't encourage public kissing because it is abuse of oneself, and disrespect of public peace.
