Dowen College, the school of the 12-year-old boy, Sylvester Oromoni Jr. who was beaten to death by his peers who tried to force him into cultism has provided an alternative means of learning following the indefinite closure of the school by the Lagos State government.

Recall that the Lagos State government ordered the closure of the school pending the outcome of investigations pertaining to the death of the boy.

However, in a mail that was recently sent to parents, Dowen college stated that the closure only affected physical activities and revealed that they would be moving online in the interest of safety and transparency.
