Nollywood actress Ruth Kadiri has dropped some relationship nuggets for women on how to move on from their Ex. The actress took to her Insta story to share this stating that what is gone is gone hence, women should quit trying to replace their exes.

She noted that women should give themselves time to heal, learn from their mistakes, and then make better choices going forward. Ruth advised that for those wondering how to get started all over again, they can start from where they are as they will eventually find love just as it will find them. She said women should never obsess about where to start when a relationship goes bad because everything will be alright.
