A POLICE OFFICER WHO IS ESPECTED TO BE MASSES FRIENDLY ARE THOSE UNLEASHING TERROR ON THOSE WHO SHOULD BE THE BENEFACTORS OF THEIR SERVICE! ACCIDENT IS CALLED ACCIDENT 'CAUSE THEY  ARE UNINTENDED! Nigeria  police will never change,can u imagine a police officer acting like a fool, that man is a thief, he should be given public execution, NIGERIAN PRESS,HUMAN RIGHT ACTIVIST AND EVERY LAW ABIDING CITIZENS should followup this case. useless good for nothing police man animal in uniform
