The  question is a sensitive one, In the sense that we are talking about a large metallic bird carrying human lives flying thousands of feet above sea level.
 Engineering is not childs play we have no place for making sly mistakes a large buck of the engineering graduates we have in Nigeria that finished from Nigerian universities are no engineers as they really know nothing about engineering, to the end that they can fix planes, Question can they first cars and generator sets?  Then they say we engineers are not technicians we design they repair... Imagine an engineering graduate that cannot go dirty with an engines block to fix it.
If a Nigerian wants to run an aircraft maintance company which has world class standard he has to go learn from the best first.
Its not as if the billionaires don't want to give there planes for maintance in the country, the question is can the companies do a quality job as that the expatrate  would do and can these companies be trusted to do well what they have said to do on paper.
Note once a plane crashes it crashes there is no second chance.
 Be honest with yourself if you have a private jet who would you have fix it ?
