BBNaija reality show star Cross has lamented over how things are after paying N60K for a 20-minute drive in Dubai saying it’s madness to him with how high things are.
The economy has made it hard for everyone that the hike in prices is affecting everyone negatively and this cabbie seems to have used Cross for a budget by asking him to pay N60K for a drive that only lasted for 20 minutes.
Cross took to his social media handle to lament over that asking how can he pay over N60K for a 20-minute drive within the town and you tell him Nigeria is the most corrupt country as he sees that as madness.
With this experience of Cross in Dubai, Nigeria is not the most corrupt country in the world as he wouldn’t pay over N60K for a 20-minute drive in town as he just did in Dubai that is making him go crazy since he never expected that.
But then Cross needs to understand that the value of the Naira also plays a part in converting the money into his currency and most importantly, almost everyone wants to be in Dubai hence the demand is always high which makes the cost of things high too.
