It is a big relief to all Nigerians that he was caught at all, at least there will be peace in that region and the fear of being kidnapped will be reduced.

If he died engaging with the state security apparatus that was good for him to die otherwise if he was caught and then shot that is jungle justice which isn't good for image for Nigeria's security forces.

I wish he was caught alive to face the full wrath of the Law where by at the end his punishment would have also been death by firing squad (Capital punishment). Remember the late notorious Anini saga in Benin where Police DSP Iyamu was later tried, convicted and executed alongside the killer notorious arm robbery gang of Anini and Osunbor which was only possible because he wasn't killed at his capture.

The trial and conviction of Anini and his mates gave credence to Nigeria's legal system and confidence to people of the state. All his gang members and accomplices where all caught because their initial arrest and investigations which led to the arrest of other social big wigs in the society which led to a near total peace in the state.

Now that Osisikwanku was killed, we do not have idea of who his accomplices and may not have the ability of getting to all members of his gang who may regroup later.

May he ( Osisikwanku) die beyond death.
