Paster shouldn't accept any applications from ladies in their 20's 30's 40's or '50s.  The old man will be better off with an old lady in their 60s and widows looking for companions.

        The same thing our old parents enjoy from each other when all their children have left home, that's what he will enjoy from an old lady his age. Good friendship, peace of mind, and someone to share his happy moment and difficult life experience with. They can also get busy in the other room as well.
