There is a video currently making rounds of APC supporters/agents allegedly conducting the upcoming state elections in Minna, Niger State.

The Election riggers were caught with already manipulated papers. INEC is compromised

Recall that INEC postponed the State elections from today 11th March to 18th March 2023
