Saalabata Lawal Maisaje, a Nigerian man, was kidnapped and held in captivity for three months.

Following his release from captivity, friends and family members have shared before and after photos of Saalabata, who regained his freedom on Friday, April 7, to show just how different he looks.

It was gathered that Saalabata was kidnapped by bandits in Dansadau district in Maru Local Government Area of Zamfara State in January, 2023.
