In a weekly bulletin, JAMB stated that all eyeglasses will be thoroughly inspected and any that may compromise the examination’s integrity will be confiscated.
It also warned that anyone found with any of the banned items in the examination hall may face severe sanctions.
According to the memo, examination officials are authorized to scrutinize eyeglasses or similar devices, and if they are convinced that such an item may compromise the examination’s sanctity, it should be confiscated.
This applies to both JAMB staff and ad hoc staff. If any authorized person is found with any of the prohibited items in the examination hall, such an action would be treated as a deliberate act of examination sabotage, and
