Nigeria's immediate past Minister of Aviation, Hadi Sirika has been reportedly invited by the Department of State Services (DSS) over his controversial role in the launch of the national carrier, Nigeria Air. According to Sahara Reporters, Sirika arrived at the DSS headquarters in Abuja for questioning regarding the controversy surrounding the launch of the carrier. Sirika arrived at the headquarters of the country’s secret police around 3 pm on Thursday in a Range Rover Sport Utility Vehicle (SUV).

“Hadi Sirika was invited by the DSS for questioning. He is being grilled; he arrived in a Range Rover SUV,” a security source told the news platform. Recall that the Muhammadu Buhari administration in May unveiled a Boeing 737-800 aircraft belonging to Ethiopian Airlines as a Nigeria Air aeroplane. Following the launch, the acting Managing Director of Nigeria Air, Captain Dapo Olumide, revealed that the plane was over 10 years old and belonged to Ethiopian Airlines, among other allegations.

He committed more serious crime than Emefiele but no detention, no hand cuffing, no arraignment. Nothing.

That criminal should be behind bars, and they should also arrest his boss the impostor of the former late president Buhari. Before even arresting Emefiele, Bihari should have been the first to be arrested because these criminals were working for him.
