Thank you poster, this post is an eye opener for our VIPs.

In fact, most of them that normally run abroad for medical
treatment don't come back alive. Which means that there are
no better hospitals anywhere than Nigeria.

Thanks to God for keeping Mandela alive.Guy Nigeria does not have good hospitals.WE VIPS are arm robbers  they have stolen every thing we have in this country.Even the lest headache they will fly to abroad 4 treatment.What a shame.

Thanks they did not bring Mandela to Nigeria for treatment he would have been buried by now.
Even our late President was flown to Saudi Arabia for treatment.

hahahahahahahaha dream on poster, South Africa has the best hospital facilities. our ministers do not fly abroad for treatment. there's no way that Mandela was going to be flown to Nigeria to be kidnapped.
