Just stop stuffing your self with  amala , fufu and others late at night, and please eat   smaller portions which will allow your hunger to strike. Endure the  pangs of hunger  slowly your body eating habit will adjust to smaller portions.

  see lips like my wife own  Listen eat twice a day and also always put lemon in your water!! And eat your dinner at 5pm or 6pm max!!!  do that for one month and look ya mirror

Honestly, the boy want to move with another lady. Getting fatter is not an excuse for the lady  he has been dating for years. That's a flimsy excuse, the guy wants to have a different taste, after all the girl was not fat when they started. That means he will continue to be hanging girls as soon as he noticed fattening, what will happen if he finally get married and the wife started increasing? That's unfair
