I don't see any problem about that, if both of them are in Love, you can't do anything about that, is even better someone you call your friend and see daily is hitting your sis than a stranger you never met or got to know. If he's worth been your friend, I think he will be a better friend to your sis, because he will always remember you're around the corner as a friend.
