NDLEA Arrests 29-Yr-Old Suspect, Okelue Chidera With 50,000 Tablets Of Tramadol in Onitsha

Operatives of the National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA) have apprehended a 29-year-old suspect, Okelue Chidera, in Anambra State on Saturday, October 12. The arrest occurred at Upper Iweka, Onitsha, where Chidera was found in possession of 50,000 tablets of tramadol, each containing 200mg.

The seizure highlights the NDLEA's ongoing efforts to combat drug trafficking and ensure public safety. Authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding the suspect's possession of the substantial quantity of the controlled substance. Further updates on the case are expected as the NDLEA continues its crackdown on illegal drug activities in the region.
