Enugu Police Release Images Of Police Inspector, Ozonwanji Joseph Who Killed Musician, Igbo-Jah

The Enugu State Police Command has released images of Inspector Ozonwanji Joseph, the officer implicated in the fatal shooting of popular Ogene musician Okezie Chikezie Mba, widely known as Igbo-Jah.

The incident occurred on October 25 as the musician was reportedly departing the police headquarters after a friendly visit. Details surrounding the shooting remain unclear, but it is alleged that Inspector Joseph discharged his rifle, striking Mba.

Following the shooting, Mba was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead by medical staff. His body has since been moved to the morgue for preservation and autopsy.

The police investigation is ongoing as the community mourns the loss of the beloved artist, sparking calls for accountability in the tragic incident.

This is intentional killing as such, murder case, and nothing like accidental discharge (bullet holes can never be accidental). The officer must be convicted to death penalty to serve as deterrent to others in uniform across military and para-military personnel.
This case should not be swept under the carpet as usual, the  truth must be told, God is watching us.!
