Nigerian reality TV star Uriel Oputa has shared important advice for women in relationships, stressing the importance of recognizing when their efforts may be wasted.

Uriel, known for her outspoken views, noted the pitfalls many women face by putting extensive effort into relationships that ultimately lead nowhere.

In a post on social media, Uriel expressed empathy for women who go to great lengths to prove their value to partners.

She revealed that men often make up their minds early in a relationship about whether they see a future with someone.

She advised women against exhausting themselves by engaging in tasks like cleaning and cooking to prove they’re “good girlfriends,” stating that a man who is serious about a relationship doesn’t require these efforts to be convinced.

“Sometimes, I really pity some women. I had to learn the hard way,” she wrote.

“Here’s the truth: a man knows from day one if he sees a future with you. If he’s serious, you don’t need to break your back washing, cooking, or running errands to prove your worth.”

The reality star, who has four brothers, claimed she has an “inside gist” about how men perceive relationships, and advised women to know their worth, avoiding “wifey duties” unless a partner is fully committed. “Take note, ladies!” she concluded.
