Is It Love?
How do you know if you're in love? True love is more than a sensation--though you may feel on top of the world when you are with the one you love. But feelings can lead you up on a mountain one day and down in a valley the next. The kind of love we need in order to enter a marriage fully prepared, "for better or worse, for richer or poorer, . . . till death us do part," is a love that is self-sacrificing--a giving of oneself for the sake of the other.
No one on this earth (except Jesus) has ever exhibited perfect love, but what we desire is the most perfect expression of love that is possible. if you asked me that i get a couple of things to say...thank goodness you didnt....all in all, its all vanity upon vanity when you are the only one sacrificing.....

all i can say is when you realize you are putting too much into your relationship, step back, take a break within you and watch your partner closely. Hard things to do i know.....
