Nigerian singer CKay has addressed the public’s perception of his smile, saying he’s often told to smile more.

In a recent interview on the Afrobeats Intelligence podcast, CKay revealed that people frequently comment on his smile, suggesting he should smile more.

“I think smiling all the time would be nice, but it’s not realistic,” CKay said. “Making music only about positive things won’t be realistic. For someone like me, making art has to represent both positives and negatives.”
