Regarding your question for all men having it.. Partially yes !! is a kinda syndrome diseases Men got in them, women do have it as well, But Men shows theirs more than their women counterpart... But not all Men Rove eyes and wanna go for grab, Just as face differ, so are people look and imaginations over roving eyes differ.
