its the way the society has programmed it to be.when a man approaches a woman he is been man enough and knows what he wants.but if a lady approaches a guy she is seen as cheap and too loose for that.the society and mentality or should i say ideology ruling the vast majority of the people is responsible for it.also most guys dont help matters at all.sex has been a major disease and cancer in their blood that even when a girl pick up and summon courage to approach them they will just use her and dump her.not all though but its what majority do.love or affection is not based on only man chasing a woman is about feeling that attraction towards someone at the right time.
