Naijapals,i need ur candid advice on this issue.i and my fiance have been courting for 5 months now and any tym i brng up the issue of marriage,he rebuff them.And i believe that the issue of me not wanting to get pregnant before marriage is behind it.according to him,as the first son of his parents;he is mandated to produce an heir.therefore he nids to know that i am fit to conceive.plz what do i do ,cos i am begining to question his love for me.As some of my friends adviced dat i should give him what he wants before another lady do it 4 me.plz what are your suggestions,cos am so confused right now.

pregnancy b4 marriage isnt really good but it kinda very common among nigerians now.I surgests you both go for a fertility test and confirm if there is any problem,With that he will come around and probably want to go ahead with the marriage plans.

@poster-on ur comment, i will advise u confront him on face to face talk, to know why he is rejecting the marriage is, cos to me-via ur comment the pregnacy is not the issue here, he is only rejecting ur marriage proposal, so firtly talk with him to know what is troubling him.

yes we ve bin sleeping togeda,but my problem is that to me it seems that his love 4 me and our planing our marriage is conditional.
I dont know wat u mean conditional but wat i sure know is dat dia is no love dat is not conditional u lose something to gain something. Besides u ladies av done some unimaginable things in the past and u just put it on an innocent man's head all in the name of love. Girl if u love ur man give him the pregancy and get ur husband. Prove to him that u can b a mother. Every relationship av dia challenges, dis is urs deal with it

Its a pity that most of our girls become very foolish when they are in love or because they are despirate to get married.Cant you see that this guy is self centered?It is all about his family,himself and his heir apparent.Has it ever occured to you that you might give birth to a girl child?Then what happens?He doesnt even trust you.He is suspecting that your womb or your fallopian tube must have been destroyed due to series of abortions you might have had in the past.Cant you see that he wants to use you as a tool to achieve his selfish desires?It is possible to love wisely.Think! .10ks 4 ur own contribution and am not foolishly in love or either desperate .As a medical incline person that i am,i dnt tik i ve had any reason to panic about being pregnant cos i know what i need to do and at the right tym.so u see @ oohio,abortion has not bin gven a tot by me.my reprodutive systems are all intact.but may also i remind u dat,d issue of conception is not dependent on only the woman.so what if he is d one dat has fault.so what do u say to dat.

@poster, to be forewarned is to be fore-armed, if he says as a first child, u must be pregnant for him before marriage, then, if u know truly that u love him and he loes u too, then I will suggest u accept it,, afterall, u are already sleeping together, Understand me pls, it will be unwise of u to tell him to go ahead with the marriage , without u being pregnant and later if u guys are not able to produce babies, the fammily may bring up issues, and it may scatter ur marriage. Yes, some may say the guy is self-centered, but I don't think so, he is just being conscious and doesnt want anything that will shatter his marriage, remember, u are not just marrying him, u wanna marry his family, period, that's the truth

the funny thing is that even if both couple are medically okay it doesn't mean anything as it God that gives children.. and also i suggest you two do a traditional wedding or introduction at least both families will know each other just to assure you he wont do a runner if that what is bothering you...
