what is the authenticity of this news???maybe its affirmative.carry go dbanj.but to govt what are they trying to do????buy people or what??.this is very crazy.people are suffering and they are adding more wealth to the rich's pocket.i dont quite see how they hope to alleviate poverty from the country let alone eradicate.is it by suffocating and frustrating the effort of the poor and enriching the pocket of the rich/famous or so i thought.
