where did the police caught him................in town beside the car or on high way?please the police should investigate well b4 taking any action,i guess that boy was not putting on the bullet proof n gun on his neck when they caught him............why snapping him with those things?

abeg na our govt. faults for all this crimes. this guy has no good educ. and the govt. dnt assist common poor masses. all crime in naija i personaly i blem the govt. specialy mainor crimes.
