...whether it's inform of money or personal goods...so far it's given on the furtherance of God's kingdom projects or to help those in need...is all good...

When you farm, you expect to reap or harvest...
...not everyone works in a "farm"
some of us work as a network administrator and bus conductor so many hours a week...under the sun and in the rain. is there anything wrong if I classify my office or bus as my farm land...
If I donate part of my HARD earned money (this include my hours, sweat and sometimes blood) for the furtherance of the Church's projects , do you think think am wrong...?

THE SITUATION THEN IS QUITE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WE HAVE NOW.TRADE BY BARTER WAS THE ORDER OF EXCHANGE  THEN.
IN OUR CIRCUMSTANCE, EVERY THING CAN BE QUANTIFIED IN A MONETARY FORM.SO MONEY,OR ANY FORM OF PAYMENT DOESN'T COUNT....WHAT BIBLE SAYS IS ONE TENTH OF YOUR INCOME

Tithing is the giving of 10 percent of all one earns, be it in the form of money, fruits, animals, etc. In Malachi 3:6-15[for contextual background], God called the withholding of tithe, "ROBBERY". Malachi 3:10 says, "Bring the full tithes into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house." That is one reason to give tithe! As for the Law you mentioned, this is what the Book of Matthew has to say about it. Matthew 5:17, "Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to fulfill them." Jesus did not erase the Law, He fulfilled it, and raise the standard so high that the Law looked like a dwarf next to it. Example of where we see this higher elevation of the righteous standard of God is in Matthew 5:27, "You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery.' But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with a lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart." Jesus elevated the standard so high above the Law so that men may see and recognize that their righteous "acts" a.k.a the "Law" is incapable of leading them to God! Thus, it became necessary for ALL to acknowledge the Lamb of God, who takes away the sins of the world, that in Jesus--the only Righteous One--men may become the righteousness of God!

Let inform every one of you please. From whatever angle you(all) in particular may view it Tithe is paid by children of Jacob(isrealites) and by then you and I were gentiles as prescribed by the bible, we the gentiles have no portion/positions in isreal,we don't know God atall(Ephesians 2:11-13).Those who pay tithe are under curse(malachi 3:8-10,Galacia 3:10,2:15-16)b/cos if you do one and leave the other eg.keeping the sabbath day,burning of candle,insence,etc.
But when Jesus came He never taught us that, instead He taught us a new way and as well as criticizing the jews(mathew 23:23)

NO ONE, absolutely NO ONE pays the Biblical tithe today.

Leviticus 27:30-33, Numbers 18:  The First Tithe - a tenth of crops and animals and commanded to take the tithe to the Levites.

Deuteronomy 14:22-27:  The Second Tithe aka The Festival Tithe - a tenth of crops, plus add to that the firstborn animals, and take for the yearly feast.

Deuteronomy 14:28-29:  The Third Tithe aka The Three-Year Tithe aka The Poor Tithe - a tenth of crops, kept at home, and invite the Levites, widows, orphans, stranger to eat.

Now, tell me.  Which of the above three tithes commanded by God does anyone follow today?

The ONLY people in the Old Testament that were commanded to tithe were those who INHERITED THE PROMISED LAND WITH EVERYTHING ON IT. They got the land, house, animals, crops, etc. ALL FREE AND CLEAR. No mortgage payment or rent to pay. And THEY were commanded to tithe on the crops and animals and take it to the Levites who INHERITED the tithe INSTEAD OF the promised land with everything on it.  No one else tithed.  Wage earners did not tithe.  Jesus didn’t tithe.  Paul didn’t tithe.  Peter didn’t tithe.

Those who try to tithe today are denying what Jesus did on the cross and are placing themselves under the law; thus, you fall from grace.  Please understand that giving a tenth of your income to the church is not paying the Biblical tithe.  It is merely giving to the church.

Abram gave a tenth of war spoils that didn't even belong to him, and kept nothing for himself.  No Christian follows that example.

Jacob made a vow to give a tenth but set conditions for God to meet before he would give the tenth.  There is no scripture to show that Jacob ever gave a tenth.

This false teaching of tithing started in the United States in 1870 and has now spread worldwide.

@Helives4ever, U shuld know that even Jesus Christ and His disciples never thought us that nor to pay tithe but what the did was(1corinth 16:1-2),so if u tell me that ur a christian and disobey what Christ and His disciples did I doubt ur christianity in u,even others because christian means 'Christ Like' those who behaves or act like christ in every ramifications.
@Garyarnold,does it mean that u agree wit what I said? Tell me,apart from Tithe what other doctrines of Jesus Christ do u know? Because Jesus has doctrines not dogma(2 john 9-11).
