Recently(yesterday), I sat down with six middle-aged married women to discuss new things they could do in bed. Roll around. Men really enjoy rolling around-the full-body, mostly undressed, full-frontal make out. Actual intercourse doesn't even have to come into play, although nibbling, nuzzling, even grabbing should definitely happen. The idea is to keep moving, not to stay too long in any one position. What men like about this rolling around is because its energetic and very physical.

Talk a little sexy, but not too much. Men love it when a woman says something hot, but not so much when their wives talk major smut. Thats not who they married, plus it also makes them wonder where she picked such language up. A little hot talk, though, can go a long way.
