Ya, but i think this guy was helpless while he wrote that, he was saying that those things he mentioned had happened one day before he wrote this thread. Maybe this thread was only for additional help, i don't think that this forum is the only place where he was trying to get some help.
In case that i knew more about the nigerian laws, i would have given an advice, but since laws concerning things like that r totally different here in germany, i'm not able to say anything about it. I just agree that this is a very bad story and i'm glad i didn't have to experience it.

im sorry for your loss bred but i realli think you guys should sue eko hospitals cause they r very useless,about 4 years ago when armed robbers came to house house they shot one of our drivers and my pop told them to rush him to eko hospitalthe guy gave up b4 getting to eko hospital and because they put him in their mortuary from around 2/3ish in the morning till the next day they didnt release the corpse untill my dad had to part with almost 300,000 naira taking advantage of a sad situation ..there r loads good lawyers in nigeria that ll take your case and i think u gys shud teach them a lesson

the govt and the co called health minister should be flogged wid a cane,because if they realli though anything of the citizens,they ll have regulatory bodies for these hospitals and close down any of them who contravenes the law like they do all over the world even african countries but then again if the likes of them have an ankle sprain they ll fly abroad so they dont give two about the ordinary naija s
