The guardian shold be beaten and tortured with the same weapons She beat the little girl with.... Afterwards She should be booked and sent to jail for all other perpetrators to learn from and that would go a long way to reduce molestation of children in the country. and Parents should also learn from the story so they mind the kind of pple they give their children to.  Sad
