Question for the ladies

I'm still trying to figure out why when I gat intimate with this girl,she had her legs wrapped around me and locked me in, she wont allow me to push it, now the question is, why did she do it, mind you It's was more like a fling,  but I'm just curious.any Idea why females do that ? I'm not a woman, so I dont know why she did it, this is why I'm asking the ladies, why did she do that,why wont she let me thrust?
