Bros i don't think your point is absolute cos he is not marrying his blood relation i.e his own sister or the brothers daughter rather from another family. The brother marrying from that family has no interference with his as they are not going to stay in the same house or exchange wives. If they love each other, they should go ahead.

If you two love each other I do not see it as being a problem, as technically you two are not blood related. You are just connected by that of marriage, and last I checked there is not a rule against such. However you should get the blessings of the elders first, however go with your heart, you only have one life to live.

guess u have tested her so why will marriage be a problem ? If this were farming it will be a ridging farm cultivation so if u have not seen such farming i guess that should be when u should consult police or Government if is unlawful
