A case involving two persons was brought before one INYAMIRI judge and the hearing goes:

When the first man who was party to the dispute spoke, he did so very eloquently and when he finished, the inyamiri judge unconsciously said, “You are telling the truth.” The other man in the dispute then jumped up and said, “Judge, you heard his own side of the story but you did not hear my own side, yet you said he is telling the truth.” The judge said, “Okay, let’s hear your own side.” The second man proved to be as eloquent as the first one and made a very persuasive case. After he finished, the inyamiri judge said, “You are also telling the truth.”

At that, a third man who was observing the case jumped to his feet and said, “Judge, you said the first man was telling the truth, then the second man said something contrary to what the first man said and you said he was also telling the truth. How can both of them be telling the truth, when what they said is different?” The judge listened attentively to the third man. Then he sighed and said, “You are also telling the truth!”
