There is nothing wrong with public display of affection, as long as people
involved are not overdoing it. Kissing or mere rubbing the neck is okay,
squeezing the Bosom , or even sticking your finger- you know where in
public is a no no.

I guess it depends. As long as d limit of common sense is not exceeded. Nothing wrong with holding hands, hugging... but kissing??? I don't think so...
