By 1'falling in love at first sight', i guess you are talking about---infatuation. And 2'getting attracted to someone at first site, you may mean---impressive approval to someone at first contact. The difference may be that the first is backed by emotion while the second is powered by artistic prudence that is personal. It is b/lived that it is good to know somebody b/4 falling in love with h.. but the person involved feel offended most of the time.
