PHCN are not ready for Nigerians because if they are ready even if na 5hrs of light dem wan dey give us everyday dem go get light schedule for example
monday- restore power from 7pm -12 am
tuesday- 6pm -11 pm

etc make them start from there first and increase the hours later on but make sure the light dey steady between this hour then we go know say dem dey serious about the light . now dem just dey take light anyhow
