Timaya’s show in Germany disrupted

Touring Nigerian music act, Timaya, was shocked out of his wits last weekend when his show was disrupted by unruly fans in Dussledorf, Germany. A source at the show says, “Timaya and his Dem Mama Soldiers were having a good time on stage when he started singing the song, Shayo (I Don Blow featuring Shayo Pisanta),. Then, he got to the point where he said, “Show them the magic”. So, some obviously drunk men jumped on stage, dancing wildly and dangerously. So, Timaya and his boys had to be rushed off stage.”

Another version of the story published on an entertainment blog domiciled in Germany disclosed that it was not just the song that drove the fans crazy, “It was just the moment they had been waiting for to mob the singer. Luckily, he was quickly rushed off stage by the security team on ground. In the process of even trying to get the musicians off the stage, a big fight ensued and which ended the show.”
