Before Malam Nasir El Rufai's administration, Abuja the federal capital was far from development, El Rufai mapped out standard for Abuja as capital.
He started with transportation and people were happy as well as reconstructing roads but when he started with Abuja master plan\ demolition, people started blaming him.
   NOTE:
    This man tried his best.......Who must satisfy all Nigerians??

I don't think so, as much as i know this man, He did his best during his time in office and i believe he never changed. He has credit as long as FCT is concerned.
