we should not blame the rains that brought the floods.
we should blame ourselves for what is happening to us.
there is what is called 'WATER WAYS' 'n' we know this,
still we go ahead 'n' block these ways with structures.
God has blessed naija with so much land,but we chose
to congest our environs by sand filling the water ways
and blocking it.then when the rains come to reclaim its ways we shout and say all sorts of trash.
u cannot cheat nature.
we should expand our cities 'n' deconcentrate ourselves,re-open the water ways 'n' so on.
the next city on the list is port harcourt city....they have simply blocked all their water ways.when the rains come
to pass thru its course we would start blaming it on the rain.....don't blame it on the rain.do the right thing 'n' stop
all these innocent deaths and catastrophes.
