is not al matches cover they used to write KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. cos i have one, they  only wrote, 33 MATCHES STICK STAFTY COVER N MADE IN PAKISTAN. so may be they have one too, n may be they read it  n they didn't see any KEEP OUT OF CHILDREN! So they decided to use it.
