US Woman Cut Off His Husband's Penis Call Police and Telling then He deserve it

Police said the 48-year-old Ms Kieu drugged a meal and served it to her husband shortly before the attack on Monday night.

The 60-year-old man felt sick and went to lie down. He awoke to find himself tied to the bed and Ms Kieu attacking him with a 10-inch kitchen knife.
According to the police report, Ms Kieu cut off her husband's penis and threw it down a rubbish disposal unit.
Police said the victim was conscious when his penis was cut off.
Kieu called police to report a medical emergency and told arriving officers "he deserved it" before pointing to the room where the victim was found bleeding heavily.
She was arrested without incident and refused to talk further.
Prosecutors said Kieu argued with the victim before the attack about friends staying at their home.
The couple was married in December 2009, and the victim filed for divorce in May citing irreconcilable differences according to court records.
The victim underwent surgery and was listed in good condition at the University of California at Irvine Medical Centre.
