Married for three years without sex

This is the third year of my marriage and I am still a virgin. I have not been able to have penetrative sex due to the pain it causes when attempting it. It is always impossible due to my muscles being so tense. Though my husband has been very understanding, I am so desperate to have penetrative sex and a baby.
