It's a good one but, the suit trousers should be allowed since it's a formal dress mostly worn for office jobs....especially for bankers !!!

Another distraction from dealing with relevant issues that affect the public.  How will the wearing of trousers affect the unemployed, hungry, lack of reliable electricity and water, poor roads and sub-standard infrastructure?  They really must think ppl are not unto their tactics.
