WHAT ABOUT THE COST OF BUILDING MATERIALS? THE OMONILES AND GOVERNMENT CHARGES AND LEVIES ON LANDED PROPERTY? ARE THEY ALSO REDUCED?

IF I WERE A LAGOS LANDLORD, IF THE GOVERNMENT DID NOT REDUCE THE BRIBERY TO GET  C OF O, GOVERNMENT SERVICES, GOOD ROADS, WATER ON ALL STREETS, STEADY ELECTRICITY AND ALL THESE  ALAYE ILLEGAL FEES, THEN LANDLORDS WILL CHARGE 2 / 3 Years money for a six months rent, or you build your own house.
