   as for me yes i can have my Ex as friend infact its happening to me now though it was not easy at first but with time i started getting use to it cos hv gotten over him cos he broke my heart but hv moved on we r friend and i even told him about my current boyfriend.so i think being a friend to ur ex depends on u personally if u r comfortable with it no qualms.so folks be free
