There is no BIG DEAL if a woman propose to a man for a relationship....Its a normal thing for them to do but some would think it obvious and its very bad to do that.....Under normal circumstances, woman should be the one to propose to a man she love without waiting or wasting time for the man to do that from there she may loss the man of her own or something else. My advice to a woman in this position should take the bold step and talk to the guy, she should not feel that people or the guy will think she's too cheap or something like that. But you have to be very careful in this kind of situation. Thanks.
