stop playing those violent computer games n watching violent movies, at least, for now.they kick ur subconcios mind into action. ur subconcios is an extention of ur concios, as a result, so long as it is very active while u sleep, ur physical body will be tired when u wake up. Its obvios u are having a restless night and stressed out in the morning.this night, pick up a book that treats somthing soft like romance, read it or, before u sleep, thing deeply of somthing nice, a funny experience or event, let it lure u to sleep. i guarantee ur dream will first change. then it will become irregular as usual.
if u want to stop dreaming, then you must not sleep!! (but u may day dream  )

    dreams like that tells u that u are facing spiritual battle,so u need to seek the face of God for divined intervention and victory.
cos wen u r defeated in the spiritual its over my friend.if God is not on ur side.good luck
