How can i stop having dreams when i sleep?

What determines the kind of dreams you concieve?

man am tired of having to dream of using AKs, shooting up some monsters and jumping from tall towers in my dreams .......

the only solution for that, i think u should try and smoke 3rap of egbo before u go to bed .than jusqu'a la jour suivant .u can even remember weather u dream or not .

unfortunately u cant stop dreaming,
but u stop jumping nd shooting by tying ur hands nd legs to ya bed wen going to sleeping.

dguy a whole u is asking to make your dreams go away, i guess you've been seeing too much of heroes season 1 and others that's why you feeling like some hero jumping of tall building, but get this straight, keep an open minding during the day, dont think of your dreams, they'll make or mar u ...

if you can relax ur mind before u sleep then u won't dream.cos when u sleep with something in mind then u dream about it
